I had to check this out right away... I didn't know about the "know your fats" book, I'll be checking that out immediately. I got started on this whole "food conversion" through Diana Schwarzbein's books. I also recently discovered "Good Calories, Bad Calories" by Gary Taubes.
I just received my copy of "Know your Fats" from Amazon. I can't wait to read it. I also checked out Schwarzbein's book from the library. I will start on it very soon. I'm excited since it was an inspiration to you.
